Do they make special sheets to go in a 2 person sleeping bag.

I wasn't aware they made sheets to go in any sleeping bag...

 

I have a 2-person one and it is flannel lined. No sheets.

I think he's more concerned with a way to keep the 2 person sleeping bag "clean."

It is just a cheap polyester one so I just wash mine after each camping trip...  Just have to live with the wet spots in the tent until you get home though. ;)

couple of suggestions for that, the little liners you put under kids sheets are soft and comfy enough. And in a pinch, those pig mats for cleaning up shop spills.
